This immersive incubator invites you to engage deeply with life - illuminating patterns and habits, embodying new ways of relating, and sharing your gifts from a place of profound response-ability.
Those stepping into this container choose to engage with discomfort in service of discovering new possibilities, and meeting themselves and each other more fully through an emergent process.
And yet—struggle does not define this space. Here, we find new ways to create transformation that come from deep resourcing, nourishment, and play, We restore vitality, discover joy, and create from wholeness and connection.
Serious work unfolds here, but we hold it lightly.
This space breathes. This experience lives.
A Field for Unlearning and Reimagining
The Incubator invites participants into a living process of cultural inquiry and design. Together, we uncover internal structures absorbed from dominant culture—beliefs, habits, and ways of relating that shape our choices without conscious agreement.
We pause these inherited programs to feel what else might emerge. We sense into patterns that support real human and more-than-human thriving and seek to embody them in our lives and projects.
This context holds us as we examine, question, and reorient. Each exploration unfolds with full consent, grounded in presence and mutual respect.
We explore elements such as:
Love in Relationship, Food, Economy, Language, Time, Masculine/Feminine Relating, Collective Intelligence, Power, Health, Sexuality and Consciousness.
We do not aim to fix or perform.
We gather to listen, disrupt, remember, and build what wants to grow through us.
Commitment, Logistics and Finances
We intentionally limit the space to 12 participants, to honor depth, intimacy, and shared presence.
Accepting applications until August 31st, 2025.
For those applying as participants, we expect a commitment from November 1st - December 6th. You must have the willingness to reduce your other life and work commitments during this time to a minimal volume that allows you to participate fully in the experience. We will dedicate 8 hours a day, 5 days a week to activities related to the Incubator. Additional offerings outside that time may also happen.
Throughout the experience, we will explore gift consciousness as one of many ways to transcend the limited constructs of our existing systems and ways of relating. To embody this, the conveners offer the organization, coherence-holding and facilitation of the experience in the gift. We also offer simple, shared accommodations in the gift through a network of local supporters. Participants should anticipate covering their own travel and food costs, though we will explore possibilities for sourcing some of these needs in the gift as well.
If you desire strongly to participate, meet the criteria and believe that you will both receive and add great value to the experience, but don't have the financial capacity to cover your food and transportation costs, please do apply. We will prioritize finding ways to support great candidates with this need in the gift.
Note: Incubator conveners will schedule a video interview with each applicant. We will make registration decisions in waves, leaving some spaces available until the application deadline August 15th. We encourage applying as early as you can. We will notify selected candidates after each wave, and will also notify any candidates who will not be included in this round at that time. Some applications may remain open until the final wave of selections in early September.

No fixed price exists for participation.
Facilitators and coherence holders and support teams offer this as a gift to those who feel called.

As we make every attempt to minimize financial costs and maximize the gifts of our contexts and networks, we will share all the costs incurred transparently, and hold them in a distributed way, ensuring that all those who co-respond to this call can participate, regardless of financial means.

Participation Criteria: The Membrane
This incubator welcomes individuals who resonate deeply with personal and collective mastery, regenerative living, and meaningful cultural shifts. We see you as a strong candidate if you meet all or most of the following qualifications:
Communicate clearly and value authenticity and transparency; feel comfortable and confident communicating effectively in English.
Walk the path of deschooling, decolonization and/or self-directed living—you already challenge conventional patterns and seek deeper community and collaboration.
Engage with complexity and discomfort with curiosity, recognizing these as gateways to growth and transformation.
Practice emotional self-regulation and resilience—you take responsibility for your inner world and for how you show up in community.
Demonstrate self-awareness in how you navigate conflict, viewing it as an opportunity for creativity and deeper connection.
Express fluency in intimate relating and hold a genuine desire to deepen your capacity for intimacy and authentic connection.
Carry an inspiring vision, steward a meaningful project that you feel eager to incubate, or hold a strong longing to serve a purpose, even if your vision continues to unfold.
Question dominant paradigms and actively choose to separate from norms that no longer support collective thriving.
Embody wisdom or mastery in at least one area of life and feel ready to share this gift within a collective space.
Show clarity or openness in exploring and integrating your own shadow, recognizing its essential role in personal and collective evolution.
Prioritize self-actualization and regenerative growth rather than focusing solely on healing.
Feel deeply engaged with the complex, interconnected crises of our time (the meta/poly-crisis), and seek collaboration to amplify your impact.

Participation Agreements
Agreements create the foundation that allows us to move with agility and create depth, trust and the conditions for rapid emergence. Most of these agreements do not conform to a black and white interpretation, but invite endless deepening. We ask that you begin wherever you find yourself, and commit to live more deeply into your own understanding and practice of the agreements during our time together.
Anyone who wishes to participate in any way in our ecosystem, must commit to practicing the following agreements:

Meet the Conveners
Keri, Jon, and Ruben—friends, collaborators, and fellow explorers of the life-affirming magic that occurs when people step into intentional creation together.
We have built self-directed learning centers, launched creative projects, shaped intentional communities, and supported individuals and groups in stepping into more sovereignty, trust, and aliveness. We share a deep affinity for playing within a gift economy, nurturing the “invisible infrastructure” that sustains intimate community, creating culture in conscious and iterative ways, relating to conflict as a generative force, fostering conscious relationships, and utilizing tools that support self-direction within The Agile Learning Model.
