Keri Shinn
Keri’s particular flavor of wisdom comes from parenting, self-directed learning, land-based and virtual community stewardship, the feminine process of creation, masculine-feminine dynamics, and worldschooling. She and Jon, married for over 20 years, delight in raising their four children in full partnership with life.
Jon Shinn
Jon’s experience ranges from executive leadership and start-ups, poetry and consulting, freediving, worldschooling and intentional communities. His work explores the masculine process of creation, non-pyramidal/distributed leadership structures, self-organizing systems, and the developmental gifts of mid-life.
Ruben Alvarado
Rubén Darío participated in the 2012 and 2013 Emerging Leader Labs sessions where ALCs, among other projects, went through incubation. There he became familiar with self-directed learning and the intentional creation of culture. Since then he has continued to facilitate the creation of self-directed learning fields and communities.
Today he holds space for self-discovery and true expression, in diverse formats, and continues seeding contexts and infrastructures for compassion, play and Love, in order to facilitate transitions from separation to Unity.
Gabriela Larranaga
Gabriela is radically committed to contributing to the emergence of a more beautiful world. She continually takes steps toward fostering social equality, cultivating authentic relationships, living in harmony with nature, and awakening to expanded consciousness. She thrives on the gifts of culture and nature. Recently, she has discovered in giving Zen Thai Massage a dance that delights her.
Jill Blythe
I’ve been thriving and evolving in the Galapagos Islands for almost half my life. I love the community here and our harmonious relationship with nature. Keri, Jon, and Rubén have always planted magical seeds during their visits.
I feel so honored to welcome them back and to be a midwife for this beautiful incubator.
Carlos Gonzalez
Carlos Gonzalez brings experience in digital marketing, web design, and development to the Regenesis Incubator. He’s supported the team by implementing digital solutions—from creating social media content and online forms to streamlining participant applications and developing a website that unites the team’s efforts. Carlos values contributing to a project fueled by collaboration, creativity, and regenerative purpose.
